Ingredients

  1. 4 cup dashi broth
  2. 0.3 cup white miso paste
  3. 1 cup tofu, cubed
  4. 0.3 cup wakame, rehydrated
  5. 0.3 cup scallion, sliced

Steps

  1. Bring dashi broth to a gentle simmer.
  2. Dissolve miso paste with a little hot broth, then stir back into the pot.
  3. Add tofu and rehydrated wakame; heat gently without boiling.
