Ingredients

  1. 1 package lime gelatin
  2. 1 cup boiling water
  3. 1 cup cold water
  4. 0.5 cup pineapple juice
  5. 1 cup canned pineapple tidbits, drained
  6. 0.5 cup shredded carrot

Steps

  1. Sprinkle gelatin over boiling water; let bloom 1 minute, then stir until fully dissolved.
  2. Stir in cold water and pineapple juice.
  3. Fold in drained pineapple and finely shredded carrot.
